An extra glass of wine or slice of cake now and again will make practically no difference to the length of life that you can expect and the health in which you enjoy it.

A regular exercise regime is far better for you than a month on the sofa and the occasional game of squash. A healthy and balanced diet is far preferable to a cycle of yo-yo dieting. Developing a habit of regular rest and hobbies to counter the stresses of everyday life is essential to your long-term mental well-being.

According to the data published by the Office for National Statistics, in 2017, in the age range 50 – 69, there were around 90,000 deaths of which just over 80,000 (or around 90%) were from diseases that were capable of early detection and therefore potentially preventable. Sadly, many of these would have been people who were health-conscious and who were simply unlucky to develop a fatal disease.

We have made signing up to Evergreen really simple. We arrange for you to complete a Medical Questionnaire and set up a Direct Debit Mandate for your Joining Fee and Monthly Payments. You then sign our Client Care Agreement and we get your first year’s scans organised. It is that simple.
